What to include in a bug report
- The test page address.
- Your operating system and browser version.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened.
- Whether the problem repeats after reloading or in another browser.
Share a screenshot only if needed, after removing personal information. Do not include microphone recordings, camera footage, passwords, serial numbers or private key input.
Before reporting a hardware issue
Check the page’s troubleshooting guide and your browser permissions. Compare the same device in another application when possible. Browser tests help investigate symptoms; they cannot certify hardware health or determine warranty eligibility.
